We provide clinical supervision and consultations to individuals and teams involved in an array of work in the field of human services. This includes counsellors, social workers, family support workers, child and youth care workers etc.

FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
Edna is a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling and a Registered Professional Counselor. She provides therapeutic services to clients of all ages to help them identify their strengths and understand their inner experiences as it relates to themselves and others. Through an evidence-based, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, collaborative and empathic approach, she explores with clients their need for change. Her specialty is working with individuals who may be struggling with attachment issues, trauma, anxiety, stress and when the reason for the pain, fear, panic, worry is not understood. Her approach is informed by the developmental framework of attachment theory. Using an attachment-based treatment approach and her experience in the field, she supports her clients to explore connections between the past and present, work towards lasting change by providing them
corrective emotional experiences and helping them make sense of their stories.
She has 18+ years of experience in human services, in not-for-profit, directly and indirectly supporting clients who have experienced complex trauma in her capacity as Counsellor, Trainer/Presenter, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor and Consultant. She is passionate to walk alongside individuals as they get on their journey to healing and growth
LILIANA BOLAÑOS, MSC, CCC
Liliana is a Marriage and Family therapist of 17 yrs who has grown her understanding of how relationships are central to our survival and wellbeing. She holds a safe space to meet you where you are, in which you actively participate with the expertise of your own life! She has a special interest in parenting, attachment, domestic violence, fostering healthy relationships, marriage prep, loss, anger but ultimately, in facilitating brave conversations with you. She’s been privileged to work with a wide range of clients of various ethnicities and demographics. Her approach is collaborative, empathetic, developmentally sound, trauma-informed, & culturally sensitive. She offers sessions in Spanish as well. She is passionate in supporting clients to develop insight for overcoming what is keeping them from living the life they want.
Dr MERTELLA J. MONTAGUE, MscD
Mertella is a counsellor who provides therapeutic services to clients of all ages and background. She helps clients to discover the hidden depths in them- their personalities, dreams, goals, life purposes. Through the integration of psycho-dynamic techniques and metaphysics, she works through past and present issues which negatively impact people’s lives. She introduces her clients to tools which help them develop a balanced mind-body-spirit approach to life.
Her approach integrates metaphysics and psycho-dynamics through the use of visualization, mindfulness, meditation, affirmations, talk therapy, energy reading and awareness of the importance of thoughts and behavior affecting feelings and thinking; to use regression to analyze and heal previous trauma from a different perspective returning stronger and in control.
She has 23 + years experience in the field of human services and is a presenter, consultant and educator. She is passionate about individuals finding and living their life purposes.
